Finding an employer or registering your interest with an official Coordinating Provider is one of the first things you need to do to start an apprenticeship.
Pay & Fees
For this International Financial Services apprenticeship, the employer pays the apprentice for the duration of the apprenticeship. The rate of pay agreed for this apprenticeship is currently €32,000 per year.
Apprentices pay a pro-rata registration fee if their off-the-job training takes place within a Higher Education Institute. The payment of the pro-rata registration fee is made by the apprentice directly to the Institute. The fee for the IFS Advanced Specialist Apprenticeship is €1,000 per year.
Upon completion, apprenticeship candidates could earn a salary of up to €50,000 per year.
