The Irish Film & TV Network (IFTN) is the industry bible for and about the Irish film and television industry for over 20 years.

#IFTNTraining: DKIT	The Dundalk Institute of Technology established the Department of Creative Arts, Media and Music in 2015, which is now the creative hub of the institute, complete with TV and recording studios, performance venues and discipline specific lab spaces. It provides a range of training courses designed for new and emerging film makers to learn the trade, as well as programmes for the more experienced film professional to upskill. #IFTNTraining: GMIT, Galway	In the 2017 CAO, GMIT's - Centre for Creative Arts & Media (CCAM) offer a 3 - Year Bachelor of Arts (Honours) (Level 8) in Film & Documentary, CAO Code - GA281. This programme is designed to provide a specialised knowledge of the history, theory and practical working of documentary and film making. #IFTNTraining: IADT Dun Laoghaire	As Ireland's only institute of art, design and technology with a specific focus on the creative cultural and technological sectors, IADT is alive with ideas, innovation and entrepreneurial activity. The Faculty of Art, Film & Related Technologies offers with a focus on research, creativity, technology and production. #IFTNTraining: MIC, Co. Limerick	Mary Immaculate College (MIC) has launched a new Bachelor of Arts degree (CAO Code: MI002), in collaboration with the University of Limerick, which will commence in the academic year 2017-2018. The new Bachelor of Arts is a four-year degree course in the Liberal Arts with three years on campus at MIC and one year on work placement and/or study abroad. Click here to read more from IFTN

#IFTNTraining: St. Johns, Co. Cork	St Johns Central College in Cork is a vocational college offering both Level 5 and Level 6 training courses in film, television and digital video. Students who complete the latter may progress to a do a final year degree in Sunderland University in Britain. #IFTNTraining: University College Cork	University College Cork has over 20,000 students in attendance, with a Film & Screen Media CK105 Department offering both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. The department also houses Alphaville, a fully peer-reviewed online journal edited and published by staff, PhD and postdoctoral researchers. The first of these is BA Film and Screen Media.
