ESB’s Graduate Development Programme offers challenging engineering work and development prospects both in Ireland and internationally. ESB has given me excellent opportunities to work on large-scale projects, such as the construction and commissioning of the Carrington CCGT 880MW power station in Manchester.

The facility is the best in its class and the most efficient and modern CCGT power station in the UK. Through the excellent training and development programme offered by ESB, I have availed of an exceptional amount of training including Engineers Ireland CPD training and Generation Engineering training with ESB International.

On completion of my Graduate Development Programme this year, the company has offered to sponsor me to complete a Masters.
