I joined ESB as a Graduate Engineer in 2016.

I really enjoy working for ESB, all of the staff members are really supportive and helpful and genuinely want you to succeed. For me, one of the big advantages of the Graduate Development Programme is being assigned both a buddy and a mentor.

My buddy showed me around and introduced me to other members of staff. My mentor has been with me from day one and has guided me through the entire graduate programme and helped me through any problems I had along the way.

During my first year in ESB, I have had the opportunity to work in Bahrain on a project providing Engineering and Design services for a power station. I enjoy the social aspect of ESB. I have been involved in a number of events such as a 5km fun run.
