The Health Service Executive (HSE) is continually looking at ways to engage with and attract school leavers into careers within the Health Services.

In order to promote the professions of nursing and midwifery, the Office of the Nursing and Midwifery Services Director (ONMSD) - the national office for nurses and midwives in the HSE, has developed a presentation of 40 minutes duration targeting students in the senior cycle - TY, 5th and 6th year.

A number of ONMSD team members are planning to deliver presentations to secondary schools who are interested in this. Regional contacts are listed below with whom individual schools can link and use as a point of contact.
