Our Dream Space in Career Guidance resources have been developed to support career guidance counsellors and students with inputs from the STEM and technology industry to demystify what these jobs entail and spark curiosity in areas never considered.

The Dream Space Champions teams are Microsoft Ireland employees who have volunteered their time, skills, talents and passion for learning to support schools. Our Champions receive training from our teachers and are equipped with best practice tips to ensure they can support schools by being a guest speaker or a representative at the school Careers Fair.
