Working Life
The maintenance worker will inspect the building and regularly service equipment. When faults are found they will perform maintenance and basic repairs. They will identify mechanical issues and ascertain the best approach to addressing them.
When significant repairs are necessary they will oversee the contractors brought in to perform the work.

Skilled and knowledgeable in the use of equipment used take apart machines, equipment, or devices. Able to remove and replace defective parts.
As well as performing routine maintenance they will need to be capable with complex procedures, including using power tools and precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
