The Work
In many ways a Social Entrepreneur would establish and manage their business in the same manner as any other Entrepreneur.
They would be involved in financing, in managing accounts, is hiring and directing staff and in the design and creation of products or services.
The key difference is that Social Entrepreneurs are not establishing a profit focused enterprise, instead they are creating a non-profit enterprise with an social goal.

Qualities - Social Entrepreneur
Social entrepreneurs will need to be committed self-starters, willing to work long hours in service of establishing the enterprise.
They will often be dedicated to a specific cause.
The range of skills required in setting up an enterprise are broad, and while some will have competency in all of them many of them will rely on colleagues to provide expertise in the fields, they are weak in.
As such it is essential that an entrepreneur be a people person, able to hire competent, trustworthy subordinates to manage areas and delegate reasonability to.

Enterprising people like situations that involve using resources for personal or corporate economic gain. Some have an entrepreneurial inclination.
Social
The Social person's interests focus on interacting with the people in their environment. In all cases, the Social person enjoys the personal contact with other people in preference to the impersonal dealings with things, data and ideas found in other groups.
Many will seek out positions where there is direct contact with the public in some advisory role, whether a receptionist or a counsellor. Social people are motivated by an interest in different types of people and like diversity in their work environments. Many are drawn towards careers in the caring professions and social welfare area, whilst others prefer teaching and other 'informing' roles.
Investigative
The Investigative person will usually find a particular area of science to be of interest. They are inclined toward intellectual and analytical activities and enjoy observation and theory. They may prefer thought to action, and enjoy the challenge of solving problems with sophiscticated technology. These types prefer mentally stimulating environments and often pay close attention to developments in their chosen field.
