Teaching and Learning

Class sizes in DFEi are small and this affords each students the opportunity of reaching their maximum potential through teacher interaction. DFEi’s teaching staff adopt a wide variety of teaching methods and are acutely aware that not all students learn in the same way and come from a variety of different backgrounds. Integral to teaching in DFEi is the use of Moodle, an eLearning Platform, which provides students with an online learning resource.

Excellent progression and employment opportunities

Graduates of DFEi courses are very successful in progressing to Further/Higher Education or gaining employment. Each course page contains details of the progression links and employment opportunities available.
