SLIGO SCIENCE FESTIVAL 2023

The 2023 Sligo Science Festival returns this winter with a seven-day programme packed with exciting events to suit all ages. Running from the 12th - 18th of November, the Sligo Science Festival is a blended delivery of live, in person events and online workshops and talks. The programme of events is free to both schools and the public.

The festival kicks off with the ever-popular Science Fair at the ATU Sligo campus on Sunday 12^th of November. The festival aims to make science more interesting and accessible to children and adults alike. It highlights how science, technology and engineering are hugely relevant to us all in our everyday lives, lead to interesting and exciting career options, and develop creativity in our children.
