Mary Immaculate College (MIC) holds a number of Open Days each year. This year’s schedule includes:

• MIC Limerick Open Days - 20 and 21 of October –(9am-3pm)
• MIC Thurles’ Open Day - 12 of November (Times TBC)
• MIC Limerick Open Day - 21 of January (Times TBC)

What makes the university unique?

Is there accommodation?

MIC’s Courtbrack Student Accommodation is purpose-built, self-catering accommodation located less than five-minutes from the MIC Limerick campus. MIC Thurles has 36 single en-suite bedrooms located onsite for first year undergraduate students.

What (if anything) is new? i.e new degree programmes or facilities etc.

MIC recently launched a new B Sc in Psychology, which welcomed its first cohort of students in September. Topics and modules covered on the programme include personality and individual differences, cognitive psychology and biopsychology.

What should students not miss at the open day?

Attendees will get the chance to see the facilities on MIC student-led tours and meet academic and student support teams. Talks on the College’s full range of Level 8 degrees will also be on offer including a talk on the Bachelor of Arts degree, which is celebrating 30 years at MIC.
