There is an upcoming event being run by medical students of Trinity College Dublin in aid of MOVE, a registered charity present in TCD that raises funds for under resourced hospitals in developing countries.

The event is to be available to 4th year and senior cycle students with an interest in applying for and studying medicine upon leaving school and is to take place on Thursday, 1st February 2018.

The event will run for 2.5-3 hrs, from 17:30-20:00. 

The evening will consist of informal sessions with the students covering the application process for medicine (including a discussion on the HPAT), what the degree consists of and life of a medical student once accepted as well as some practical sessions on basic clinical skills including vital signs and basic life support. The cost of the event will be €40 with refreshments included.
