The Campus is equipped with a variety of studios, labs and workshop spaces. It has a very friendly atmosphere which encourages a positive and strong work ethic, and a spirit of professional collegiality between learners, lectures and partner organisations.

The School of Design and Creative Arts has partnerships with employers and leading organisations across the creative and cultural industries. The campus in Galway City is also home to with organisations such as RTE, Creative Enterprise West (CREW), Western Audio-Visual Producers Fund, UNESCO City of Film, and Árdan.
