The International Tourism Management students of GMIT are hosting an Online Learning Seminar featuring guests from the Irish Tourism Sector.
GMIT is pleased to announce a free webinar “Tourism’s Future: The Path to Recovery” , featuring an expert panel of speakers discussing ways in which businesses can recover and rebuild post Covid-19, which will go live on Thursday next, 26 November (12-2pm).
Organised and created by final year Tourism Management degree students at the Galway International Hotel School (GIHS) GMIT, guest speakers include Ruth Andrews, Chairperson of the Irish Tourism Industry Confederation(ITIC); Pól O’Conghaile Travel writer, editor and author; Daragh Feighery, GM of Center Parcs, Longford; Tina O’Dwyer, Founder Director of The Tourism Space; Sinead Collins, Fáilte Ireland; and John Burke, GM Armada Hotel. They will share their insights on what the future of tourism looks like and the path to recovery for this most important industry.
