Yeats Academy of Art, Design and Architecture €13.7 Million investment to build a new North Campus – the Creative Hub of IT Sligo (Clarion Road).  A new academic Department within the Faculty of Engineering and Design.  With courses unique to IT Sligo e.g. BA Writing & Literature; BA Performing Arts (Theatre Design).

Abbey Theatre Bursary This Bursary is a unique opportunity only available to graduates of Theatre Design from IT Sligo’s BA Performing Arts.  It is a six month residency at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin and the graduate works on all aspects of Theatre management from costume design, prop management, sound and lighting, choreography, scriptwriting and directing.

Build your Portfolio Evening Class IT Sligo are offering an evening Class – 2 hours/week. This course is designed for transition year and senior cycle students who are interested in putting together a portfolio together to pursue an education in art and design.  The course will give participants an excellent foundation in drawing, colour and creative approaches to art making.
