DCU Faculty of Science and Health are offering a range of new and innovative postgraduate programmes, including:

MSc in Elite Sport Performance: DC702

The MSc in Elite Sport Performance (Level 9 NFQ, 90 ECTS) is a two-year, part-time, distance-learning programme aimed at early-career professionals working in the sport domain who are motivated to extend their knowledge and understanding of elite sport performance and deepen discipline-specific expertise through postgraduate study. It will enable students to consider how their learning and knowledge impacts professional practice in elite sport performance environments. MSc in Psychology and Wellbeing: DC765 (FT) / DC766 (PT)

The MSc in Psychology and Wellbeing is the next step for psychology graduates aspiring to bring strong theoretical and practical knowledge of factors influencing wellbeing to their work or future career. The focus of this programme is on the impact of psychological, societal, environmental and physical factors on the wellbeing of communities, families and individuals throughout their lives. MSc in Child and Family Health and Wellbeing: DC771

The MSc in Child and Family Health and Wellbeing (Level 9 NFQ, 90 ECTS) is a two-year, part-time, blended-learning programme that provides students with an opportunity to complete an interdisciplinary programme of study focused on the theories and practice of promoting holistic child and family health and wellbeing in an integrated way. MSc in Health and Social Inclusion: DC746 (PT) / DC745 (FT)

The MSc in Health and Social Inclusion (Level 9 NFQ, 90 ECTS) is a one-year, full-time or two-year, part-time, programme which responds to two of the most urgent issues facing us today: health inequities and social exclusion. Considering these, this unique, interdisciplinary programme develops experts to tackle health disparities and social exclusion through practice, leadership, and research. MSc in Specialist Nursing for Future Healthcare: DC773

The MSc in Specialist Nursing for Future Healthcare is a two-year, part-time, blended programme that combines theoretical and clinical components offered to all nurses on the NMBI register. The programme offers new specialist pathways aligned with, and responsive to, national health policies/strategies.
