Posted on May 31, 2024

Equis Accreditation brings DCU Business School into the top 1% of Business Schools worldwide We are delighted to spread the news that we have been accredited by EQUIS this month, placing DCU Business School among the top 1% of Business Schools worldwide! This significant milestone means we now have triple accreditation from the world's leading business school accreditation bodies: the EFMD Global quality system (EQUIS) alongside AACSB and AMBA.

DCU Business School is now unique in Ireland as it is the only business school to hold the ‘triple crown’ of accreditations and the Small Business Charter award from the Chartered Association of Business Schools.

EQUIS is a comprehensive international quality review system for business and management schools. Its rigorous peer-review process signals the school’s overall quality, viability and self-improvement commitment to students, employers, and academic partners worldwide. Read More HERE.

Small Business Charter Awards We're delighted to share that DCU Business School has been shortlisted for three categories in the Small Business Charter Excellence Awards for a second year running: - Category A: Outstanding Support for Small Businesses - Category B: Outstanding Stakeholder Engagement - Category C: Outstanding Support for Student Enterprise and Entrepreneurship This recognition underscores DCU's role as Ireland's University of Enterprise and our steadfast commitment to advocating and supporting small businesses with our academic resources, influential business networks, and the bright minds of our students and alumni. We are honoured to be part of this journey towards fostering growth and innovation in the small business landscape. Keep an eye out for the results on the 18th of June. Find Out More >

DCU Business School Alum of the Month

This week we are delighted to announce Grainne Byrne (BSc in Marketing, Innovation and Technology, 2019) as our Alum of the Month.

Gráinne has carved out a career path that aligns with her passions and interests, starting at The HEINEKEN Company after graduation, before transitioning to the consultancy side at Jump Innovation, where she honed her skills in brand positioning and innovation projects with renowned clients. After a transformative solo-traveling experience, she identified a unique opportunity in women's health and intimacy education, leading her to launch Norma, an innovative platform for expert-led intimacy education. Norma's mission is to provide practical guidance and support to women experiencing intimate health issues, addressing a crucial yet often neglected aspect of women's wellness. Gráinne's dedication to empowering women and driving positive change is truly commendable.
