Crumlin College of Further Education – Helping you to plan your future
At Crumlin College of Further Education, the new academic year is in full swing. Already though, we’re looking forward to the 2023/24 academic year. Our Open Day is just around the corner and will take place on Wednesday, November 23rd 2022 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Open Day is a wonderful opportunity for prospective students, their teachers, families and friends to find out more about the world of further education and the courses on offer. On Open Day, staff and students will be on hand to answer all your questions and to help you in planning your educational future. The Open Day will take place in both our college buildings on Crumlin Road and Captain’s Road with shuttle buses being provided to ferry visitors between the buildings. We look forward to welcoming as many people as possible to the college on the day, so spread the word.
Although, registration is now completed for our day-time courses for the 2022/23 academic year, registration is still possible on to our new Traineeship in Beauty Therapy course. The course starts on the week of October 17th 2022 but late applicants are welcome. The traineeship allows students to advance their career development opportunities by receiving intensive practical and theoretical training in various aspects of Beauty Therapy. Students don’t even have to be working in the industry to sign up for the course. The college will link students with an employer. The course is open for applications to all students over 16. Accreditation for the course is provided by QQI and ITEC.
