UL - Here to Help Online

Posted on April 1, 2020 We hope you are all keeping safe and well, and staying home. We know this is a difficult and strange time for all, so if you need help from us with anything, just know the staff of UL are working hard from home to answer any queries you may have.

As you are all aware, the University campus and its buildings are closed at the moment. This means any workshops, graduate career information evenings and taster days will be postponed until further notice.

All UL staff are still available and working from home, and striving to get back to any queries or questions you may have. Keep an eye on our website for updates on when these events may be rescheduled. If you have any questions about any courses you may be interested in, please feel free to contact the course directors of the programmes.

You will find their email address on each course page on the prospectus (both the online copy and physical copy). Alternatively, any time you visit our website , you will see a chat box pop up in the bottom left hand corner. This can be used for any questions you may have about our programmes, entry requirements, application deadlines etc. It is the University’s Admissions Team that is answering all of these questions, so they will be able to help you out with these queries.
