Upcoming closing date for RCSI undergraduate scholarships – 1 July 2022

RCSI is committed to widening access and to the creation of a socially inclusive learning environment.

Each year, RCSI offers a number of Access Scholarships. These scholarships provide financial support for students who might otherwise be unable to attend third-level education due to social disadvantage or financial constraints:

-          Aim High Medicine Scholarship

-          The Kiran Pathak Pharmacy Scholarship

-          The Traveller Community Access Programme (TCAP) Medicine, Pharmacy and Physiotherapy Scholarship.

RCSI also offers two academic excellence scholarships for students through our Consilio Manuque Medicine Scholarships. These are awarded to the students with the highest combined HPAT and Leaving Certificate score entering the undergraduate Medicine programme (RC001). These scholarships are worth €25,000 in total, for each successful applicant, for the duration of the Undergraduate Medicine programme.

Applications for the above-mentioned scholarships will close on 1 July 2022. Applications can be made online via the relevant scholarship webpage (linked above). An academic reference (which can be submitted online) must accompany each scholarship application.
