New Level 8 Course in Event Management (TL823)
The Events sector is a vibrant and diverse growth sector in Ireland which includes the management of anything from festivals to corporate events and conferences. National and Multinational companies now actively seek graduates with event management skills to help showcase their company, products or services.
IT Tralee has a new 3 year Event Management Programme now open for application through the CAO (TL823).

The programme has a number of distinct elements:
*Unique - This is the first specialised 3 year Level 8 Honours Degree in event management in Ireland, and the only event management degree in the south west region.
*Practical - Hands on work experience in Year 1, 12 week work placement at the end of Year 3, industry site visits, and masterclasses from key figures in the Irish festivals and events sector.
*Develop - Become a leader, with excellent communication skills, in-depth industry knowledge and experience to succeed in a range of exciting events career opportunities, nationally and internationally.
*Immersion - The course is based in Co. Kerry - a world class tourist destination, with iconic festivals like Rose of Tralee, Other Voices,
