Event Management at MTU Kerry is a 3 year Level 8 course is a thrilling course that prepares students for a career in the events industry. The programme is collaborative, combining event management, leadership skills, production, design and social media tools.
The course requires students to take part in lectures, online modules and a mentored work experience placement where students will put what they’ve learned into practice. There are multiple opportunities to engage with the industry, including Year 1 where students gain practical experience through the module Events Industry Practice in which they volunteer at a variety of festivals and events.

Entry requirements:
As of 2022 the pointes required for this course are 300. Applicants will need a minimum of O6/H7 in English or Irish, and O6/H7 in Maths. See more information on entry requirements here.
