This honours degree programme provides students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to contribute effectively to the field of business. Students will also be able to develop a specialism that will further prepare them for their future career aspirations.

Year one is a full time course from September to May in Mayo College Castlebar before progressing to one of the ATU Campuses for the remaining 3 years of study.

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Laboratory Science

Industrial Laboratory Science (Life Sciences)

This is a 3 year programme; Year 1 in Mayo College Westport, Years 2 and 3 in ATU. The BSc Industrial Laboratory Science (NFQ Level 7) programme is designed for Level 5 entry students to progress to Level 6/7 and who wish to develop a career in industrial laboratory sciences of direct relevance to Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Manufacturing, Medical Devices, and Independent Testing Laboratories.
