The UCC Physics Transition Year Week is an interactive, enjoyable way for potential physics students to experience the School of Physics. The week includes lectures from world-class lecturing staff, lab tours, demonstrations, a tour of the UCC campus, an opportunity to meet other students interested in Physics, and much more. With high demand and limited spaces, this week is suited for those with a general interest in Physics and those who would benefit/enjoy a week-long programme of Physics activities. Physiology Transition Year Programme, 18 Nov 2024
As part of this programme students actively participate in a number of undergraduate Physiology laboratory practical classes. The students are also given the opportunity to spend time with the department's research staff as they carry out experiments.
