Undergrad: Corvinus Transition Year Programme in the Arts and Humanities

This one-week-long programme (5 days Mon-Fri) is based in UCC College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Studies (CACSSS) and is designed for second level Transition Year students interested in literary, creative, and historical humanities.

Undergrad: UCC Physics Transition Year Week, 17 Feb 2025, 10am – 4pm

The UCC Physics Transition Year Week is an interactive, enjoyable way for potential physics students to experience the School of Physics. The week includes lectures from world-class lecturing staff, lab tours, demonstrations, a tour of the UCC campus, an opportunity to meet other students interested in Physics, and much more. With high demand and limited spaces, this week is suited for those with a general interest in Physics and those who would benefit/enjoy a week-long programme of Physics activities. Application Closing Date: 11th of November, with offers of places being made by the first week of December.

Physiology Transition Year Programme, 18 Nov 2024

As part of this programme students actively participate in a number of undergraduate Physiology laboratory practical classes. The students are also given the opportunity to spend time with the department's research staff as they carry out experiments.
