New Digital Healthcare Course
The Department of Computing, in collaboration with the Department of Nursing & Health Studies at LYIT, have recently launched a NEW multidisciplinary Honours Degree at the institute. This programme is now available as a CAO choice in 2019.
The programme is a new addition to the 51 CAO programmes available at LYIT and is a unique programme that will help students develop their understanding of how Information Communication Technology is being used to improve and transform Healthcare.
This new programme presents great employment prospects as there is multiple uses for digital experience in the healthcare field.
Students on this programme will learn about computer systems, healthcare models, healthcare regulation and compliance, ethics, law, economic models, artificial intelligence, data analytics, physiology, programming, app development and systems design.
