BIMM Institute named in Billboard’s Top Music Business Schools

Each year Billboard Magazine lists its top music business schools worldwide. After gaining University status earlier this year, BIMM made its first appearance in the list alongside an elite cast, including Berklee College of Music, California Institute of the Arts, New York University and South London’s BRIT School.

The list is compiled from industry recommendations, alumni information provided by honorees, information requested from each school, as well as nearly a decade of research and reporting on these programmes.

This year boasts Billboard’s most expansive and geographically diverse list. The top music business schools chosen include both private and public institutions that are primarily campus-based and offer a broader education. They also all offer bachelor and associate degrees.

Widely considered one of the most reputable sources of music industry news; Billboard covers music charts, news, video, opinion, reviews, events, and styles related to the music industry.
