NCI Celebrating 8 Apprentice of The Year Award Nominees
Here at National College of Ireland, we would like to congratulate and say well done to the eight NCI students who have been nominated for Generation Apprenticeship's Apprentice of the Year Awards.
We want to congratulate Joshua Levins, Adam Roche, Dany Rusu, Robert Reidy, and Ryan Hughes, all of whom are currently working at Fidelity International. Daud Abushueghir, currently working at Amundi Ireland. Sarah Twomey, currently working at Hartley People, and Jodi Gibbons, currently working at SMBC Aviation Capital Limited. These nominations are a testament to all their hard work, and to their commitment to growing both personally and professionally during their time in their roles. We hope they are all immensely proud of themselves.
Last year, National College of Ireland student, Shakeel Jeeroburkan was presented with the 2023 National Apprentice of the Year Award in Finance. Shakeel also began his apprenticeship journey at Fidelity International, and he is currently excelling there as a Financial Services Specialist apprentice. Winning the Apprentice of the Year Award reflects Shakeel’s commitment to excellence, leadership, and innovative problem-solving. It is always highly rewarding to see NCI students thriving, and we are thrilled that this year we are seeing more nominations for NCI apprentices.
At National College of Ireland, we understand that education is personal and there are many ways one can learn. Apprenticeships can be extremely engaging, beneficial, and sometimes even life-changing opportunities for people because of the many ways they can open doors. We are thrilled to offer varied apprenticeship options at NCI. It is a huge achievement to be nominated for this kind of award, as it illustrates all the hard work that students dedicate to their apprenticeships. We look forward to the awards, and we look forward to seeing all the NCI nominees continue to strive onwards and upwards.
