1. HOW TO APPLY

If you are a Republic Of Ireland applicant planning to study at Ulster in 2023/24 and wish to pay your tuition fees with student finance, you should now apply online for a tuition fee loan, maintenance loan or grant at the following web links:

Student Finance NI (includes ROI nationals who need to complete EU Student Finance application form (EU23 Form) manually)

 

2. WHY YOU NEED YOUR STUDENT FINANCE CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER

  • Once you submit your application to student finance, you will automatically receive a Student Finance Customer Reference number – Available on Student Finance portal and all correspondence from Student Finance.
  • You will need this number if you select Student Finance as your tuition fee payment method when registering as an Ulster University student

 

Supplying this information early will ensure you have the best chance of having your funding confirmed and in place before the start of your course.
