New Course - BA (Hons) Early Childhood Care and Education

Are you interested in understanding children, how they learn, grow and develop as unique capable individuals? 

This Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Early Childhood Care and Education course is for students who wish to work with young children in an early childhood education environment including crèche, play school, pre-school, early start and after-school programmes.

This is a level 8 Honours degree however students have the option of exiting at Year 3 with a Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Care and education.

This is a 4-year course, which runs over 8 semesters.  Students are required to complete 2 practice placements over 2 semesters in year 2 and 3.
