FET Course of the Week - 5M5011: Hotel Guest Relations and Customer Services at Cathal Brugha FET College

5M5011: Hotel Guest Relations and Customer Services at Cathal Brugha FET College is a QQI Level 5 year long course giving learners the skills to work efficiently within the hotel industry. Learners focus on handling customer queries and issues effectively. They also explore guest check-in procedures and develop receptionist and office administration skills. Students receive full training in the Hotel Property Management System ‘Hotelier Hub,” a similar programme to that used in most hotels. The principles of Tourism are studied also, from sustainable tourism activities to economic growth.
Students have the opportunity to participate in a work experience placement.
