The Art, Craft and Design (ACD) course offers students the opportunity to explore the varied aspects of fine art, design and craft. Over the year students develop and enhance basic skills in drawing and design and transfer these skills into other areas of study such as ceramics, painting and combined materials amongst others. The student will finish the year with a comprehensive body of skills and a professional portfolio of work to use for third level applications.
