This programme is designed for students wishing to study Business and/or Accounting at University. It aims to provide a clearly structured education that is a solid foundation for progression to a number of areas including commerce, finance, accounting, economics and law.
Learners will develop understanding of the business world and business skills necessary to advance in this field. Pre-University Business & Accounting introduces learners to the key skills and computer application packages used in the modern office environment, as well as preparing learners for further study in these disciplines. You will be introduced to the theory and practice of manual and computerised accounting and payroll. Further core modules will allow learners to gain an understanding of key business concepts that will support their progression to a degree programme at University.
