This course provides learners will a range of knowledge and skills leading to careers or further study in the areas of fitness and health. This course allows participants to build confidence in fitness and gym training, while building skills to allow them to work as Fitness Coaches and Personal Training. Graduates will be able to advise clients in areas such as strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and nutrition.

Realists like to find practical solutions to problems using tools, technology and skilled work. Realists usually prefer to be active in their work environment, often do most of their work alone, and enjoy taking decisive action with a minimum amount of discussion and paperwork.
