The Office Administration and Technology course equips students with competencies in Microsoft Word, spreadsheets using Excel, database using Access, emails with Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and PowerPoint, as well as Sage for Bookkeeping. A crucial part of the course is the Work Experience module, which ensures students gain valuable work experience in an office environment. In addition, students acquire vital administrative, communications, organisational and time management skills all of which are central to the successful productivity and efficiency of the modern office.
