This course combines a wide range of modules which aims to get students ready for the fast-paced Hospitality industry. It meets the increasing demand from employers for workers who are qualified to work in high end Bars, restaurants and hotels. Throughout the year students are involved in Managing their own Bar and restaurant, Entrepreneurial Activity, Market Research and other events linked to the tourism industry.

Students will also benefit from exposure to organising and welcoming guest speakers and industry specialists. Students will also have the opportunity to engage in the Erasmus+ Programme and travel abroad.
