Course Summary

This course introduces students to a wide variety of music fields including: Irish traditional music, ethnomusicology, jazz and popular music, music therapy and the classical repertoire.

Students are encouraged to develop their performance skills, to take tuition to an advanced level with their chosen instrument and to take an active part in one of the Department's vocal or instrumental ensembles.
