You will be advising on the economic affordability of projects, typical development costs, procurement, tendering, contractual management, dispute avoidance and resolution, measurement and payment for completed works, ultimately striving to deliver projects within budget.

English O4/H6 or above. Applicants presenting with one grade H3 from either of the following subjects will be eligible for the lower UCAS points tarriff: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Physics/Chemistry, Biology, Construction or Engineering.
