This course will equip students with a high standard of administrative/secretarial, business, legal, medical and essential IT skills for the modern office. Students also gain a range of transversal skills such as organisational and communication skills, which are highly sought after by today’s employers. Students will be introduced to the world of legal and medical practice. Legal studies enables students to get an overview of legal principles and procedures. Medical Terminology provides students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to pursue an administrative career in healthcare or related fields.
It is suitable for those learners who wish to pursue a career as a receptionist or office administrator at home or abroad. It is geared for those at entry level or those who wish to upskill and/or change career. Learners will gain the knowledge to co-ordinate an organisations administrative activity efficiently and to store, retrieve and integrate information.
