Course Summary

Course Category: PLC (Further Education - FET) - Apply directly to College

This course will enable students to work with world-renowned professional skincare and body products, such as Yonka, to develop practical expertise in a range of treatments. Students will complete case studies on guest clients for each module, performing treatments such as body massage and figure analysis, microdermabrasion and IPL, and learning correct use of body electrical machines.

As part of this Beauty Aesthetics and Body Treatments course, students actively design, set up and participate in the Institute’s commercial salon, which runs on a weekly basis. This experience empowers the students, building their confidence to make the transition to professional beauty therapist. Additional workshops may be offered in eyelash extensions, lash perming, BIAB nails and threading.
