This one year course is to enable the learner to acquire the knowledge, skill and competence to work under supervision in providing support in a variety of Healthcare settings or to progress to further and or higher education and training.
Note: Students achieving a Level 5 award have direct access to any Level 6 or 7 programme in LIT. If students achieve 3 distinctions in their Level 5, they can enter any Level 8 course in LIT.
