This Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science course is aimed at students who want to develop their knowledge of Nutrition, Health Promotion & Food Science. The applied nature of this programme focuses on the relationship between food and health and the study of food from a scientific view point. Other Naturalists will prefer working with the end result of nature's produce - the food produced from plants and animals. Naturalists like solving problems with solutions that show some sensitivity to the environmental impact of what they do.
