Describe a typical day?

Generally, my days consists of attending meetings, collaboration with other team members or cross functional teams, working closely with Quality and EHS teams for approval and guidance on ongoing projects, providing support for new product and process introductions, ensuring that all activities are documented in accordance with the Stryker new product development procedures. Data tracking, analysis and presenting current work. 

What are the main tasks and responsibilities?

Organisational skills are important to keep track of fast moving projects. Good communication skills are also essential to ensure smooth running of projects and to build relationships across multi-functional teams. 

What are the main challenges?
