Describe a typical day?
I have a meeting every morning with the HR team followed by a review of metrics for a different topic in the Training arena on a daily basis. During the day I'll meet various business leaders across all roles to promote and drive a learning strategy that gives results to the organization & the people within.
What are the main tasks and responsibilities?
Ensuring effective communication with leadership regarding progress, achievements, gaps, new learning needs, and recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure learning impact, define and implement the strategy, maintain and support global standards for excellence in learning

- Honours Degree in Management & Economics
- Dip in Psychology
