Engineers Week has been created to introduce primary and secondary school children to the diverse world of engineering. 

We do this by providing practical resources for teachers, such as hands-on activities, a classroom celebration pack and on-demand virtual engineering shows. We encourage engineering organisations to collaborate with their local schools; they can choose from a menu of activities to interact with the students.

Engineers Week 2026 will take place from Saturday, 28 February – Friday, 6 March 2026. Resources and support materials for Engineering Organisations, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Libraries, Family Fairs, and Irish resources will launch in Autumn 2026.
