Amundi, the leading European asset manager, and Amundi Ireland Women's Network are offering an academic scholarship to a female student studying the BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance at NCI.

The chosen candidate will receive €5,000 for each year of study (€15,000 in total), professional mentoring sessions throughout the duration of their studies and an 8-week paid summer internship at Amundi before their final year.

This scholarship programme is open to NCI graduates only. The aim of each scholarship is to recognise the achievement of NCI graduates who have overcome significant challenges in order to complete their undergraduate education at NCI, and for whom self-funding of a postgraduate degree is not a viable proposition.  Applications for this scholarship are due each August. In response to current circumstances where, due to the economic impact of COVID-19 restrictions, the jobs market has been negatively impacted, NCI offers a 25% Master's Edge Scholarship for any qualified NCI student or alumni who wishes to progress onto any full-time, day-time Masters or Postgraduate Diploma programme (not delivered at evenings/weekends) at NCI, commencing in September of that calendar year.

If you are a current part-time postgraduate student, you can gain a €500 discount from your future tuition fees if you successfully refer a friend onto an NCI postgraduate course.

The scholarship initiative is an investment in student potential, which endeavors to tailor performance based components with financial support so students can maintain a dual focus on academic and sporting progression. Sports scholarships are reserved for full-time registered students who have reached or have the potential to reach a very high level of performance competing at International, National, Inter-provincial or Inter-county level. Applications for the NCI Sport Scholarship are currently closed and will open for prospective students in February.
