Bursary amount Up to €3000 per learner is available to support costs associated with travelling, accommodation, equipment, and preparation for training. The bursary to eligible learners will be paid in two instalments, €1500 at the start of the programme and a further €1500 while the programme is underway.

How to apply for the Access and Inclusion bursary Successful applicants to the Access to Apprenticeship programmes in Technological University Dublin and Technological University Shannon are eligible to apply for the bursary. Application forms are available from the National Apprenticeship Office. Interested persons can request an application form and more information via [email protected].

Allocation of the bursary is operating on a pilot basis in 2023. Eligibility for the access and inclusion bursary will be reviewed and updated for 2024.
