This 3-year degree programme builds the fundamental knowledge and skills of students for a career in the events industry, by mixing event modules such as Event Risk Management, Event Project Management, Event Production & Design, Event Fundraising & Sponsorship and Event Operations Management, with a solid foundation of business focussed modules in areas of marketing, financial management and entrepreneurship.

The course also includes modules which encourage the personal development of students including, Leadership & Team Building, Research & Writing Skills and Volunteerism & Community Events. 

The Coaching and Sports Performance programme aims to develop, from evidence- based theory and practice, the students’ ability to lead physical activity, to coach athletes (individually and in teams), and manage sports teams and individual athletes.

Graduates will also have the knowledge, skills, competence and first-hand experience to design and lead strength and conditioning programmes and to design and lead performance training programmes.

Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering is a blended degree that brings in the best of manufacturing and mechanical engineering, culminating in flexible and adaptable engineers to meet industry needs. The REEdI student engineer will learn about the design and development of processes whilst also gaining an equally strong knowledge of the design, development and operation of products and equipment.

The BSc (Hons) in Physical Education Studies with Business is designed to enable students to create, plan and deliver curricula, which integrate practical expertise and theoretical knowledge, appropriate to teaching Physical Education and Business, to a diverse range of learners in an educational context.

Supporting on-going mental health recovery is an important part of being a mental health nurse.

The BSc (Honours) in Digital Health and Informatics for Healthcare aims to meet the growing demand for a specialised workforce in the digital health technologies. It is a four-year level 8 programme, three years on campus followed by one year on work placement. Our BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication Design is a three-year level 8 degree course available on a full-time basis. This exciting course has been created for people who have a passion for film making and storytelling on screen and have already started to experiment in these areas. This course will also assist enthusiastic students in developing the essential practical skills and knowledge required to work in the dynamic area of film, television, and screen production.  

The BA (Hons) in Psychology is taught over 3 years full-time (or 4 years part-time). In the programme, learners engage with the core areas of psychology, including developmental, social, and cognitive psychology, abnormal psychology, psychotherapy, and neuropsychology.

A significant component of the programme is also dedicated to equipping learners with a strong capability in research methods, culminating in an independent research project.
