Yoga and stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) are becoming increasingly popular in the wellbeing and holistic sector, as they offer a range of physical and mental health benefits that can help individuals achieve greater balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. The physical and mental benefits of these activities have been widely documented, including reduced stress, improved fitness, and increased mental clarity. These activities can also have a positive impact on local economies, as they attract tourists and promote outdoor recreation.
This course will allow successful learners to be recognised for membership in Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland (ARCHTI).
