Students on this course will be based using the Adobe Creative Cloud NLE systems. Digital Photography will compliment their production skills and visual storytelling and through the study of Media Analysis, students gain knowledge of how the relationship between the producer, the financing, and the audience impact one another. These skills will be evidenced in a portfolio of work including Film, Audio and Photography. This portfolio of work may be used for progression applications to degree programmes elsewhere.

This course is an excellent foundation for Film and Television degrees

Career opportunities exist in a variety of business and office environments including administrative positions, reception, and office management. This course also provides the opportunity to progress to a QQI Level 6 Award in Business or a range of other third level courses.

Successful students gain an industry standard in Pilates Teaching and up-skill as a fitness professional. On successful completion, students will receive an ITEC Diploma. This qualification will equip learners with the practical experience and knowledge to gain successful employment in the sport and fitness industry. There is also the potential to start your own fitness business.

This one-year course introduces students to the core science modules chemistry and biology along with mathematics, environmental studies and practical laboratory experience. The skills and knowledge gained, while studying these subjects, will be invaluable to those seeking to pursue a career in renewable energy and a wide range of areas in environmental studies. It is an excellent introduction for students who wish to progress to third level courses in this area.
